Please use section 1 in this Google Form to upload all materials according to the specifications below.

Logo - upload as a high-resolution PNG or JPEG file

Booth background picture - upload as a high-resolution PNG or JPEG file

Go to www.streamable.com and upload your video file or paste its link into the appropriate field as shown below.

Once your video has been processed, copy the link that should now be in a www.streamable.com/XXXXX format (circled in red below) into the appropriate field in the Google Form.
